Whether you are new to therapy or returning after time away, finding a therapist who is the right fit for your needs is an important first step. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, with each session tailored to your unique goals, experiences, and circumstances. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore challenges, gain insight, and grow. I believe each person brings inherent strengths to the therapeutic process, and I work from a strengths-based perspective to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. With over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy, I bring a depth of knowledge and perspective to my work with clients. Drawing on training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help you gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. While I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I provide telehealth therapy to individual clients throughout California.
Seeking support takes courage, and reaching out can be one of the most meaningful investments you make in yourself. I welcome you to contact me for a complimentary consultation when you feel ready to begin your therapeutic journey.
